About our products All arrangements sold by Eternal Blooms Designs are handmade from high-quality artificial and dried materials. Every piece is one of a kind — no two arrangements are identical and no piece is restocked after it sells. Product photos and video show the exact item you will receive.

Pricing and payment All prices are listed in US dollars. Eternal Blooms Designs reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Shipping and delivery Orders are shipped to US addresses only. Processing and shipping timelines are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Eternal Blooms Designs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers once a package has been handed off for shipment.

Returns and refunds All sales are final on one-of-a-kind pieces. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for full details, including the process for damaged or incorrect items.

Custom orders Custom arrangements are non-refundable. By confirming a custom order you agree that work will begin on your specific piece and that cancellations are not accepted once work has started.
