Shipping policy

Processing time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. During busy seasonal periods (spring, fall, and the Christmas holiday season) processing may take up to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has shipped.

Standard shipping — US orders

Most arrangements ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your piece and your delivery address. Nebraska's central location means most US destinations receive their order within 3–5 business days of shipping.

Large outdoor arrangements — Omaha, NE area only

Large outdoor pot arrangements cannot ship via standard carriers due to their size and fragility. These pieces are available for local pickup or local delivery within the Omaha metropolitan area and surrounding communities. The listing for each large outdoor piece will note whether local only applies. Contact me before purchasing if you are outside the Omaha area and would like to discuss options.

Packaging

Every arrangement is packed with care for transit. I use protective wrap, foam padding, and sturdy boxes to make sure your piece arrives in perfect condition. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact me within 48 hours — I will make it right.
