Frequently asked questions

Are these real flowers?

No — and that is the whole point. Every arrangement is made with premium artificial flowers, foliage, and botanicals that are designed to look as close to real as possible. They do not need water, sunlight, or any care. They simply stay beautiful.

How long will my arrangement last?

Indefinitely with basic care. Keep it out of direct harsh weather (for outdoor pieces, sheltered locations work best), dust occasionally, and your arrangement will look great for years. Indoor pieces essentially last forever.

Are the outdoor arrangements weatherproof?

Outdoor arrangements are made with materials suited for outdoor use, but weatherproof varies by exposure. A covered front porch works beautifully. Fully exposed to Nebraska sun and rain, some fading can occur over time. I recommend sheltered or semi-sheltered outdoor placement for the best longevity.

Do you ship?

Yes — most pieces ship anywhere in the contiguous US via standard carriers. Large outdoor pot arrangements may require freight or local delivery depending on size. Check each listing's shipping details, or message me if you have questions about a specific piece.

Every piece says "one of a kind" — what does that mean?

It means exactly that. Every arrangement I make is unique — I do not produce the same design twice. When you see something you love, it will not be there forever. Each arrangement I make is different from the last, and when a piece sells, it is gone.

Can I request a custom arrangement?

Yes. I do custom work for outdoor pot arrangements for clients in the Omaha and surrounding area. Visit the Custom Orders page for details on how that works.

Do you do weddings or events?

Message me and we can talk. I have done pieces for special occasions — it depends on scope, timing, and what you need. The best way to find out is to reach out directly.

How do I care for my arrangement?

Dust with a soft cloth or a gentle burst of compressed air periodically. For outdoor pieces, bring inside during severe weather if possible. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight for indoor pieces to prevent gradual fading. That is genuinely all it takes.

Can I return a piece?

Please read the Returns and Exchanges page for the full policy. Short answer: if your piece arrives damaged, I will make it right. Custom and one-off pieces are final sale.

How do I know what a piece looks like in person?

Every listing has multiple photos taken from different angles in natural light, plus a short video of the piece. I aim to show you exactly what you are getting — the size, the texture, the colors. If you have questions about a specific piece before buying, message me.
